The venue was neat and the staff were exceptionally attentive and caring. The atmosphere created was family. The room was not only air-conditioned, but decent sized too, and had a safe box, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making facilities. I had an extra special stay and would happily return, thank you.

We had a great stay in this hotel that is conveniently located in the city center. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and it was especially convenient for us as we were traveling with children. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had a stunning view from behind the hill and offered a variety of facilities for guests to enjoy.
One negative aspect was the noise from the kitchen, which was sometimes bothersome during the night.

Super base for discovering Nuwara Eliya with hospitable staff at the reception desk. Beautiful location to Royal Colombo Golf Club. Set in an amazing area right by the bus station, the market and restaurants on the way, and common areas.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel with its stunning view from the top of the hill. It had a convenient location close to the main attractions and the town centre. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the range of facilities provided such as parking and transportation. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The restaurant here was small which had a buffet, we both ordered delicious dishes. The bathroom was modern style, it was nice to have a bath. The location was exceptionally nice - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.
